Shipping data
Studio19 di Giacomo Caporusso will use as indicated shipping data those indicated by the customer at the time of purchase in the cart.
The only valid data for the purposes of shipment will be those indicated in the copy of the order for which the customer is required to check all the data shown in the copy of the order that he will receive via email.

Timing of evasion
Orders will be processed within 5 working days of payment confirmation. In case of payment by bank transfer, the order processing will be longer.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, with the following schedule: 8.30 am - 1.30 pm / 3.00 pm - 6.30 pm Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning. Finally, if carried out on a public holiday, they will be processed starting on the following working day.
Authorized Delivery Delivery
Upon delivery of the products, the customer is required to carefully inspect the envelope or package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. If, for any reason, the package arrives tampered with or if the marker is not intact, the customer is asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is requested to immediately report the incident to the courier's local office and contact us by sending an e-mail to the address sales@studio19adv.com
